India Is An Anti-Atheist Country Despite Her Secular Constitution.

Once India got the independence from British Raj Our political leaders pushed India towards very confusing ideology. They mentioned secularism in constitution yet all the civil laws were formed with assumption that people of India are religious. A nation that declares itself secular enacts Muslim Personal Law and Christian Personal Law boards is ideologically imprudent nation.  Indian version of secularism cannot work with a nation with multiple religions with contrasting ideologies. It is not possible to look after every religion when we have numerous very diverse culture.  What rights Indian atheist have? India grants religious freedom that include right to not follow any religion. Atheists in India cannot legally become atheist. If you are a Hindu atheist then you are not eligible for minority welfare schemes despite being most prosecuted minority in India. Garnier facewash Review : Is it the best face wash in India?

When there are multiple Indian cosmetic brands that boost " chemical free ", " herbal " " ayurvedic " labels for their products, why should one go with seemingly chemically ridden facewash? Is it worth to invest in this facewash? let's find out.  Garnier Men series have quite few variets available that include: Turbobright Acnofight OilClear What's inside? 1. Methanol : You get cool and fresh feeling after you apply this face wash. This is due to methanol. Although research shows that methanol is readily absorbed by the skin and has potential to cause damage, the small quantity of methanol should be safe to use. Unfortunately the company hasn't declared the concentration of methanol, so we are assuming it is low enough to not cause any damage.  (Safety: Moderate ) 2. Glycerine : It acts as moisturizer. It is completely harmless when applied to skin. Ingestion of high doses may cause short term problem. (Safety: Good ) 3. Myristic Acid and Fat...

Cinthol Soap Review, Is this the best bath soap in India?

CINTHOL deo soap by Godrej is one of the well known bath soap series in India. Godrej is considered a reputed brand among middle class people.  Godrej manufactures a lot of flavor variants under Cinthol branding that include Cinthol Original, Cinthol Lime, Cinthol Cool, Cinthol Health+ and Cinthol confidence. Unlike Dettol Original bath soap, Cinthol lime and Cinthol Cool are more trendy than Cinthol Original.  Let me first clear a misconception. Although Cinthol soaps are marked as bath soap (it is even mentioned on popular E-Commerce platform) it is actually a toilet soap. This fact is even mentioned on the wrapper of the soap. You might ask, what's the difference between a bath soap and a toilet soap? As their name suggest, Bath soap is used for bathing purpose hence have moisturizing effect on skin. They might also contain anti-fungal or anti-bacterial agents to prevent infection. Usually toilet soap lacks all of these. One another difference is that in bath so...

This is why Indians should avoid Homeopathy.

Homeopathy, estimated to be a substantial industry globally, has gained popularity, especially as an alternative to conventional medicine. With a significant portion of the population turning to homeopathy, it becomes imperative to examine its fundamentals, the historical context, its relationship with science, and the practices prevalent in the field. Basics of Homeopathy: Homeopathy, established in the late 18th century by Samuel Hahnemann, is based on the principle of "like cures like" and the concept of potentization. In homeopathy, highly diluted substances that cause symptoms in a healthy person are administered to stimulate the body's natural healing processes. The foundational principle of homeopathy revolves around individualization. The treatment is personalized based on a person's specific symptoms and overall health, emphasizing the holistic nature of this alternative medicine. Historical Perspective: Hahnemann's work, primarily detailed in the Organ...

Ayurveda is a pseudoscience. All you need to know about Ayurveda.

A yurveda is estimated to be more than 30,000 crore rupees (around 3.6 billion USD) industry. Around 80% of the population in India, Pakistan and Nepal have reported using Ayurveda as an alternative to modern medicine. So it is important to be aware of it to avoid harm. Basics of Ayurveda:                Ayurveda originated around two thousand years ago. Sushruta Samhita is one of the earliest books on Ayurveda that describes medical knowledge being transmitted from gods to the sages. In Ayurveda, the imbalance of " Dosha " is said to be the reason for sickness. It literally means a fault or defect. The three most important Doshas include: 1. Vaat : wind 2. Pitt : bile 3. Kaf : phlegm According to Ayurvedic doctrine, these three Doshas determine the physical well-being of a person. This theory is Indian equivalent to European humoral theory.   Another important concept in...

The company claims that this product has the potential to effectively dissolve kidney stones. Whether this claim is right or not will be assessed based on scientific data.
